Shipping
We use USP Ground to ship all orders. If you have specific request about shipping, please place your order by phone at 312-842-2775.
The shipping charge will be calculated as following:
Base rate plus per item rate
Base rate is $6.00 per order
Per item rate is $0.5
For example: if you ordered 4 items, the shipping cost for this order will be $8.00 ($6.00+$0.5x4)
Return
• All returns must be made in 90 days of purchase with original receipt to get full refund.
• All returns must with a valid Return Authorization Number, please call 312-842-2775 to obtain Return Authorization Number before sending back any items
• There is no refund for shipping cost
• There is no refund on marked, opened or defaced items
